The journey of remodeling and renovating your home, usually takes months and sometimes years. The process is detailed and complicated; we can make that a lot easier on you, but you'll still play a crucial role that will determine whether the project ends in a success.

Every project will require different budgets, materials, timeframes, and more but we can provide you with the basic process. This will give you an idea of what's involved behind the scenes and how much of the process must be planned out in a chronoligical order to keep things moving smoothly.

1 CONSULTATION

This is where we have a discussion addressing needs, measurements and all your other questions.

The working drawings and a timeline of the duration and deadlines of the project are created as well as any filing for permits. This is also the time for picking out necessary materials and finishes.

3 PREPARE

4 CONSTRUCTION

This is where the demolition and building happens. All plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cabinets, counters, floors, tiling, painting, and finishes are installed.

COMPLETION

The last step is to confirm and sign off on everything that was to be completed. Then it is time for you to enjoy your new living space!
