This is where we have a discussion addressing needs, measurements and all your other questions.

The working drawings and a timeline of the duration and deadlines of the project are created as well as any filing for permits. This is also the time for picking out necessary materials and finishes.

PREPARE

CONSTRUCTION

This is where the demolition and building happens. All plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cabinets, counters, floors, tiling, painting, and finishes are installed.

COMPLETION

The last step is to confirm and sign off on everything that was to be completed. Then it is time for you to enjoy your new living space!
